I liked Fuddrucker's but I thought it was pretty expensive if you got fries and a drink with the burger.

There is a Maxway opening in the former Piggly Wiggly in Ayden. It will be replacing the Super 10 located a few doors down.

Prime commercial real estate in Greenville is starting to get expensive. They paid $750,000 for that .67 acre lot. That works out to about $1,200,000 an acre. At that price I can assure you that the property is not just going to sit and do nothing.

I've heard (from the Checkers restaurant next door) that the lot on the corner of Arlington and Greenville Blvd is going to be a small shopping center - they're really gonna squeeze it in on that lot.
