Future development in the Uptown (North) area. Note, most of the block for Pugh's Tire, across from the Fire Department is highlighted as future development.

Here is the South Tar River Greenway plan from First Street Place to the VA Hospital, near the Health Sciences campus. The greenway will pass under the railroad and Memorial Drive. Also included are bridges and boardwalks through the wetlands.

The Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Parking Deck. If this concept goes to design, that is one heck of a building. (if and buts), but I really wish this would be on the corner (5th & Evans), where The Scullery is located. The Pedestrian Alley looks a lot better than I envisioned as well.

The redesigned First Street, to incorporate more on-street parking. I reallly wish there was a median, but this will help to "close the gap" between Uptown and Town Commons/Tar River.

Here is another concept of the Town Commons. We've seen a few, so no idea what will be actually designed.

Lastly, the Uptown (South) area. I am assuming the Innovation Station is the Millennial Research Campus, East Carolina is floating around.

An old drawing (to me) of the 10th Street Bridge.

Federal Bankruptcy Courthouse. Didn't realize they are just moving the one in Wilson to here. Another way to show Greenville is the center of Eastern North Carolina.
