Last year the Hardees announced thousands of new homes, condos and other developement for Allen Rd. It was in The Reflector. Leon Hardee also closed on 20 acres in Ayden last November . The property is located on NC 102 W at the Ayden city limits. Leon doesn't buy something just to own it. He's in it to build.

Oh yeah. I almost forgot. The developers of those new apartments on County Home Rd just south of Fire Tower announced an intention to built a whole lot more of them on an adjoining piece of property.
There is so much going on in Greenville right now that it's impossible to keep up with all of it.
That's cool about the terminal because PGV is hideous. I never ever have flown out of it and I don't want to...I go to Raleigh-Durham to fly, but Kinston Jetport is supposedly better than PGV which is crazy that a city of our size has such a small airport!!! Then Greenville residents want to come up with a excuse for it being so small and ugly, I can understand why it's small but, I can't understand why it's so ugly!!! lol (the excuse is always that "Raleigh Durham International is too close", then I say "so if Raleigh Durham was 200 miles away PGV would be bigger")

Forbes gives Greenville high marks!!!
Greenville ranks #2 for business, and careers in the small metropolitan sector up from 11th last year!!! that's great....
I was on Evans street today and saw a new building going up that is going to be 3 levels and will have retail, condos, and office!!! I'll take a picture of the sign tommrow, a building was demolished for it, this is in downtown and close to the intersection of 5th street and Evans street!!!
Hey BMOREBOY, you're doing a great job with all the G-Vegas info! I for one, eben though I don't live in Greenville anymore, love to keep up with it still. Please keep doign what you're doing. More people read this than you probably know!
LOL, well thanks I will keep on posting more info and pictures of Greenville!!! This weekend I'm going to be taking pics of mostly the Downtown Area...
It's glad to see that somebody is reading this thread, it feels and looks like I'm the only one posting...lol
So I will just throw this out there...you are very lucky to live in a place like Greenville. You live in a place where there is enough going on that you can have a thread going like this, where you tell about all the new things going on. For people like us that obviously enjoy stuff like that, Greenville is a small Mecca persay. I won't tell you where I live, because I don't want to bash it publicly, but it is a far far far cry from greenville, nowhere near as progressive.
