I don't know what's going in there but I believe a new tenant is coming it was supposedly going to be a pet supply store but idk..and I think there's something new coming to the movie theatre complex, I was driving by and I think I saw a sign beside east coast wings that said "coming soon" but I'm not sure since I was on greenville blvd! Lol and once again housing construction is turning back normal again..smh..developers can be so stupid at times if you ask me.

I can't believe there aren't more restaurants in front on the movie theater complex...East Coast Wings is good but I wouldn't mind some more selection out there. An ice cream shop would be a good idea as well.

According to an article in the Reflector, the rumored Walmart anchored shopping center on Hwy 33 is still in the works.

^ I see

The Daily Reflector (http://www.reflector.com/news/developer-nc-33-shopping-center-will-happen-33513 - broken link)

and yes they do need more stores at the movie theatre, I think the developers were very dumb though bc everything is wrong. Say if a major tenant comes and it's a major draw there won't be enough parking. I believe there's over 10 slots for stores at the complex and sadly only 3 have been filled..but idk who I said there won't be a development between the new zabys and cvs but sorry, there is something being developed there but idk what it is.

The first pic is on Moye Blvd with the new ECU Physicians building on the left, Moye Medical Center next to it and the ECU Cardiac Center off in the distance.

The second pic is the Greenville City Hall. I can see it on the steps.

There is something going in where Circuit City used to be. I heard it was going to be an upscale store for women. And I also heard something was going in where Hollywood Video was but can't remember what it was. They should have put a Dave and Buster's or something like that where Circuit City used to be. Greenville needs something like that here.

NC doesn't have a D&B yet, Charlotte and Raleigh can support one and possibly even Greensboro but Greenville can't. Maryland only has two D&B's so NC will have up to two D&B's.

I'd be glad to see something going in that old Circuit City building. Hope they have signed someone on for both empty parcels. That's a busy shopping center so I imagine it won't take long to snag some tenants.
