Detour signs are up but not displayed on Reade St. I believe this is for the bus transfer area on Reade St. It should start this month and end around June.

Greenville is beginning the process to start phase 2 of the West 5th St Streetscape. Probably the biggest change will be the alignment of 14th St and Tyson St. Currently you have that weird four way stoplight thing.

I guess we'll see news of "xxx frozen yogurt closing" within a couple of years. Crazy how many are opening all at once these days.
Cheddar's is looking nice.

I second that notion. It's like the Peppermints opened & did well, now the flood gates have opened. Greenville doesn't need a yogurt place on every corner. One or two will go down the tubes within a year. I remember when TCBY use to be all over town, then it's like the frozen yogurt market in greenville dried up or something, they were all gone...poof.
Also - never been to a Bonefish Grill, but excited they are coming!
