Does anyone know whats going in the building at the corner of Pitt St and Dickinson Ave? Its directly across the street from where Jack Browns Burgers is going. Speaking of Jack Browns, I walked past last night and it looks like they've made great progress. They were doing a group interview, possible opening in the next month or 2.

Think Beasty's talking about the old Paige's itself. Ford + Shep is the old bank teller + rear of Smash.

I'm curious as to what's going in there as well; I know the adjacent space to Jack Brown's is going to be arts/retail.

I didn't even think to look on that side of Bate. I like that location and agree, that will be a nice upgrade.

It is truly amazing how many people are better at planning than the actual transportation professionals.

Opens Monday - looks like there's something of a soft open tonight. Very excited about this place and the Dickinson/Pitt corner period.
