Question From Wilmington to Wrightsville Beach?

Me and some friends are going down to Wilmington for spring break to visit some friends. Some of us can stay at our friends house but the rest (2 of us) have to stay in a hotel/inn. We were looking to stay on Market Street. The 2 of us wont have a car to get around, I was wondering, is there a convienant way to get from Market Street to Wrightsville Beach?

I checked out the buses in Wilmington, but I don't think any take you to Wrightsville Beach, I may be wrong though?

Any help would be great. Thanks =]

cab is probably the best, or you can rent a bike for the week. there is a bike lane on most of eastwood that will take you from market to WB. I would recommend a hotel on WB, such as the blockade runner.

I would stay in one of the hotels on Eastwood Road. There are many brandnew ones that are very nice. Hampton Inn and sister hotels..... The Wave transit bus does not go to the WB. Cab is the only choice or bike ride.
