Please post your opinions and any demographic info regarding best spot in OBX for a small business. this would be a spa type of business. If you know of office spaces for rent in busy areas let me know.
I have no preference at this time. Plan to visit this July and check out some towns. Prefer an area with some amenities of an off-beat nature like art galleries, and don't like ultra conservative areas.
Thanks.

Quite ironic , as I am also looking to do something similiar in the OBX too!
What type of 'spa' are you planning? Mine is more on the side of fitness and Wellness, and already have most of the equipment that I need. (but there is always more, ha.)

Perhaps we could combine our business plans, (?)

rsvp

thanks!

Hi fishin...
I am an acupuncturist and massage therapist and want to concentrate on skin care and autoimmune disorders. I live in Denver so it's not that easy for me to decide on a location. I'm intrigued by OBX but don't know if it will be lively enough, or busy enough.

I've been researching and Beaufort, Swansboro and Wilmington sound the most feasible. Iplan to visit this summer and check out a few towns to "get a feel." I've been to Wilmington but only briefly, so I'd like to take another look. I've lived in big cities my whole life so am not sure if it will fit for me to go to a small town, but it does sound appealing.

What has been your experiences visiting the coastal areas?
thanks!
