Default Anyone know what the building is off Hwy 264, around milepost 41?

The building is about 4 stories high. It sits on what appears to be a private lake/pond (I thought it was a reservoir at first). It's around milepost 41, right off Hwy 264 to the north, just outside of Wilson. There is no sign at the gate, which I accessed from Exit 40. The not knowing bugs me every time I drive by.

I thought perhaps a house - a rather large house.

There was a Bill Ellis Barbecue trailer (I think that's the name?) next to it on Sunday.
