Hello Group!
My DH & I are relocating due to a job with NHRMC and we are wondering where the best community is in relation to the hospital location, keeping the commute under 30 mins. We would prefer to buy a condo but when I search around, I'm not finding much. (Ultimately, we'd prefer a 3 bed, 1.5 bath, 2-car garage...wishful thinking???) Any suggestions?

There is so much info on these boards that it begins to get overwhelming. I've search a few times before asking this, but I didn't see anything specific so I thought I'd submit it to you guys. Thanks for your help!

bellingham park only has detached garages and they aren't that great (I almost bought there a few years back, pre-construction, glad I didn't)

you need to check out hte monkey junction area... i can't remember the names but there are some that exactly meet your criteria out that way... but i don't remember the development... they are new (within last year) w/attached garage

there are also some in ashley court (i think) that meet that specfication...

just try out that way... on the mls search, search monkey junction, carolina beach, and even leland... i know of several condos in leland that meet those criteria that are super nice

good luck with the move!
