I am looking for info about teaching in the WIlmington area. I teach elementary aged children and am interested in knowing other elementary teachers opinions. What are your thoughts on which counties are better and schools in particular, is there a union, how are the conditions? I am interested as a parent too so I need a good school in an area I can afford to live in (150k -200k priced homes or open land to purchase and build on). I would like to stay within 30 min. of Wilmington. I would love to know any insider info that anyone has about the schools too. I would not be looking to move for a couple of years still, but my curiosity is high! Thanks for your help!!
