My borther eats there regularly and he loves it. It is connected to the Mall so there are times when it is empty, he says, but I have not been with him during those times. We visit him in Delaware a few times a year and go there to eat. It is located on a very busy highway named 202. There are a myriad of restaurants within a few minutes of the grille and as a matter of fact they are just across the street.

Just like you said..service is luck of the draw...

I think the reason OG is "more popular" is because they have advertising shoved down peoples throats.. Mac Grill does not.

One thing they do have going is the breadsticks...yummmmm. Other than that I can microwave my own food at home and not have to tip a server

I've never had a bad meal at OG either to be honest. My wife and I just don't there much anymore.

As for Biscuitville,my wife and I saw them all over the place on vacation last year. Sounds good to me,but I know my grandma can make them better.
