Default Relocating to Wilmington

Can someone PM me? We are looking for a competent realtor to serve as a buyer's agent for us in Wilmington. We are very specific in our criteria about what kind of house we want and where. We live in Raleigh now and a family member has health issues. We need someone who can search for houses that meet our criteria, not just run an mls search. Thanks for your help!

bastetcat is on a distinguished road
Jessica Keenan of Coldwell Banker Seacoast Realty is very good. She is handling my home sale for me (along with Shawndy Conway). She is one of USAA's Mover's Advantage realtors in Wilmington and has had a lot of specialized training by them. She has had some good ideas, though the market is not great here right now.
