Hey everyone

I finally have a job offer and planning to relocate end of month. I have looked at a couple of apartments to consider, Bramblewood and Oak Brook Apartments. I have checked out apartmentratings.com and reviews are mixed. Can anyone who live near or in complex please reply with honest reviews?

how much are u looking to pay? I just recently moved to goldsboro, in my housing search, I've found that the cost of the better apartments were on par with a house. Esepcially if you look for a house in the outskirts, which are the ebtter areas anyway. I live in Belfast, right up 117 between Goldsboro and pikeville. There's a 3 bedroom in my area (though only 1 bath) for 600, I belive it's in the North Western Schol District. There's a four bedroom with a garden tub down around dudley for 650, in the Brogden school district.

My family is from a neighborhood just outside the city by 10 mins. I grew up there, currently in Raleigh for school. I know there are some nice apartments right off of Spence Ave North of Hwy 70. There's also a new apartment or condo complex on New Hope Road. I don't know the name, but it's by Wayne Community college. If you go north on Wayne Memorial Dr and take a right on New Hope (right after the college) it should be down on your right in about a minute drive or less. Not sure about the price and such tho, but the outside looks really nice.

Thank you for your reply. I have found and moved in an apartment. I will keep that area in mind when my lease is up.
