Default chech data, Washington NC

Some one needs to check the data on the other half of this site. The graph of homes sales and selling price for Washington seems to be incorrect. Up until this year, the home sales were relatively steady and the average cost was somewhere around $160,000. The last entry shows sales of 180 units at an average price near $2,000,000.
