I'd like to check out some websites for some rental houses and townhomes in and around Wilmington. Who are some good realtors who do annual rentals?

Hey.. I can recommend Heather Smith @ Seacoast Realty. She has been completely awesome and helpful and has helped us along in getting a long term rental through another company, Intracoastal Realty. Shoot her an e-mail, tell her what exactly you're looking for and what price range you'd like to stay in and she will e-mail you all the listings in the area for your specifications. We're moving into our new rental this saturday and everything has gone really smoothe, give her a whirl!

Thanks, again, HomeSweetHomeNY!

I have to ask about your username - are you originally from NY State?

I live in Vegas right now and I'm SICK of the desert. I moved to Vegas from NJ and really miss the ocean and greenery (but not the northeast cold).
