if you're looking for a fight, well I don't think you'll find one in ACC Football, not in NC. Wait until basketball season rolls around and see what happens

I'm not looking for a fight and our team in bball should be much better but we're not gonna compete w/ the dukes and tarheals. We'll just dominate americas favorite sport. I've heard the "wait until bball season" well too many times. It's funny b/c when VT came into the ACC we beat #1 UNC, took Duke to the buzzer a couple times and also pulled off the duo of beating both in a given year.

Smile ACC football in the Coastal Forum?

Would Va. Tech be looking for a rematch with ECU?

With homes in Roanoke and on the coast, we hear more than a little about both the Hokies and the Pirates.

I would actually rather hear fishing reports.

The last time I remember VT talking about a great season before the season, there was a crash and burn.

We should know after the first game if they are for real.

The first game of the season is gonna tell us about the Hokies. We don't have the best record in ATL though. Being in the Wilm, I don't get enough talk about VT, even though we're the best team in the ACC. I actually hate the hype, I'd rather be under the radar.

That must be why you started a thread to share your belief that VaTech would win the ACC, and the MNC.

Uh......... what Mac said!!!! (yall may not have expected me to get that eloquent!) But..... it is nice to have a predominately Basketball conference have a contender in football as well, the ACC is perhaps getting more well-rounded?
