Hi everyone,
My boyfriend and I have been thinking of relocating to NC for a few years now. We've visited a few times in the past few years, but mostly just the Outer Banks area. We were thinking of moving to the Elizabeth City area. We've noticed that houses seem pretty inexpensive down there compared to here in Massachusetts. I was wondering if anyone had any input on this area?

The bricks under the dome were sold through a fundraising effort by Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc., and engraved with names to honor or memorialize loved ones.
