Very true that they are not all gloom and doom. Hurricanes are nature's way of stirring things up and getting rid of some old stuff. Kind of like spring cleaning in the summer. Unfortunately, we humans are in the way. So hopefully we will gain from the benefits of Hurricane Bill and a little extra rain wouldn't hurt but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

At any given moment there are 12,000,000,000,000 tons of water in the atmosphere a circular storm is the most efficient way to return that water to earth. If hurricanes stayed at sea no one would care. Bill my be the "Perfect Storm". bill
