Default OBX Bulk Seafood Buffets: Carolina Seafood vs. Jimmy's

Carolina Seafood vs. Jimmy's

Which Outer Banks buffet do you like better and why?

(if you don't like either, please go elsewhere and don't post here. You're not helpful.)

I have been to Carolina a few times and like it. I'm here on vacation now and can go to one of them on Saturday, and wonder if I should try Jimmy's. I'm closer to the Ocracoke Jimmy's location.

Thanks folks!

johnniereb is on a distinguished road
I've eaten at Jimmy's but not at Carolina. If you like crablegs then Jimmy's is great. There are about 4 different kind to chose from and they are really good. The rest of the bar is just OK. It's not the best but not the worst either. To me it is typical buffet quality food. I think the crablegs make it worth the price but it would be a waste of money if you don't like them.
