Nice pictures. I knew the bugs would be bad...but was hoping not quite as bad this time of year! I will say that when I have camped at Frisco the bugs didn't seem to be as bad as when I have camped at Lookout. Not sure if that is a faulty memory for me or true for some other reason.... At least you did it!

Thanks, I enjoyed taking those pics, I was trying to post them to the pic other picture gallery, but couldn't post the ones I posted here. Says I already downloaded these, so I had to post others to the picture thread. might have to post a link to this thread to share these.

Well, I have another camping trip coming up, but that's at Goosecreek park, Halloween weekend.

We are planning a camping trip (tent style) to the national park campground in mid April. We are in loop A. I don't know if that is a good area or what. Any advice? Also I get that we will need to prepare for lots of wind and the bugs. Anything else? All suggestions are welcome!
