Hi! I'm in my 20s and I'm trying to buy a house. I'm moving from Baltimore MD and really don't know that much about the Leland area. Can you let me know if Windsor Park in Leland NC is a good place to live for a single female in her 20s? The community is affordable but not sure whether the neighborhood is a good area. Please help.

Several of my friends from high school (in Wilmington) have since married and moved to Windsor Park. It's a very nice neighborhood, a lot of young couples raising young children. The biggest downside of the neighborhood is the same as any in Brunswick county: the traffic crossing the river is the worst in the area at rush hour. Other than that, I'd recommend Windsor Park, provided you don't mind living in a decidedly less urban part of the area.
