The bizarre "off year" "off month" city election in New Bern for Mayor and Aldermen is coming up on Tuesday October 6th.

Early voting (one stop -- registration and voting, or if registered, just voting) continues through Saturday, Oct 6th.

One-Stop Early Voting is held in the first floor board room of the County Administration Building, located at 406 Craven Street, in New Bern, NC.

Here is a link to tell you who has voted early.
Daily Absentee/One-Stop Voting Information for the New Bern City Elections

You can see who has voted early, but not, of course for whom. I am listed as are most of the politicos, for a total of 801 as of Sat Morning.

You can also tell the average age of those that have voted so far is almost 64 years young.

If you live in and vote in New Bern...get out there and vote. The early voting, mid-morning lsst week was painless, no wait, just walked in, did the (very lame) id thing, and voted.
