how long does it take to get from carolina beach/kure beach to wilmington?

i looked at google maps and it says about 20 to 30 min but i know that cant be right

Yeah, that's about right, you could always try to get there quicker, but you run the risk of getting a ticket. Hummmmm, noone I know would voluntarily pay more to their insurance company.

city limits start at carolina beach rd/college rd intersection.. that is about 15 minutes from carolina beach.

downtown to kure beach.. solid 30 minutes. more if there is traffic.

yep, they are DEAD on, you can make it no quicker then 27 minutes without going 60 in a 45mph zone. It's a slow ride...

It took me 1 hr to get from Kure Beach to Wilmington on a Saturday at 430pm. That stop light in Carolina Beach had traffic backed up >1 mile.

We were going the opposite direction at that time and couldn't believe the back up. Do you know why everyone was heading that way at the same time or is that normal?
