Default Relocation

I am thinking of moving my family from NY to Pender County but we are a little worried about the storms and flooding. Can anyone tell me the best area with the least flooding. I have heard there is a water problem in and around Whitesville NC because of Pig Farms? I am a retired Antique dealer also looking for any information on finding Antiques around Pender County. Thanks bwbill

I would love to show you Wake County. Don't have to worry about flooding here. We have a great flea market here with many antique dealers. I would love to show you the area if you would consider Wake to be your new home. I have my realtors license in Wake County. If you have never been here it is one place worth seeing. I myself moved from Kingston and am originally from Connecticut. Best move of my life. Let me know if I can be of any help to you.

bwbill....one thing that's helped me in my look is if you go to realestatebook.com and choose the state and then the city of choice and it will show you a MLS and from there you can click on map and zoom in or out to see expanded areas and the best part is when you click on a certain property then just to the left of prop. description you'll see neighborhood statistics...click on that and you'll find a list of pretty much all you want to know about that area...weather.. incomes..pollution..crime etc. ....well put together and very useful...hope it helps.
