There is nothing at all wrong with the product that H&H builds and I didn't mean to imply that. They offer great value with respect to size versus cost. My comment was reflective of the current conditions in Mimosa Bay and similar communities in the area that were marketed by the developers as high end, amenity rich custom home subdivisions but ended up with incomplete amenities and extremely high foreclosure rates. H&H is taking advantage of cheap lots and they are smart to do so. They will actually save the subdivision by building homes that people will actually buy rather than building 500k custom homes that nobody wants. I fully expect this trend to continue in similar subdivisions near the military base.

I agree that builders like H&H will save the community. They are also smart to exploit the military markets in Jacksonville and Fayetteville, as the officers get a healthy housing allowance, and help with mortgages. I think the military market will help keep our home desirable.
