Hi!
We are going to be moving to the area this June. During this time we have been looking at homes online. We have been noticing lots of homes for sale on one particular street....Carefree Lane in the Brandywine Bay area. We were wondering if there is a reason for this. We have been informed that Brandywine Bay does have it's own water/sewer treatment plant. Just wondering if anyone has any idea? Is it due to the water/sewere treatment plant? It looks like a wonderful area and the homes look great, online of course. I think this would be a nice area for my family.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Violet1816,
You may also notice that Fern Street appears often too. There are 4 homes for sale on Care Free. One is under contract. I did a cursory look at some of the property disclosures and none show a problem.
For your benefit and to get all of your questions answered (and more) I highly encourage you to contract a Buyer's Broker. Remember-A Listing/Selling Broker's responsibility is the seller-Not the buyer. A Buyer's Broker's responsibility is the Buyer-Not the seller.
Full Disclosure: I am an accredited buyer's broker that works in the market you are interested in.
Bill

Thanks for your help Bill! The move is all pending the sale of our current home. The market here in KC seems to be picking up a bit but we are just not one of the lucky ones yet!

Thanks again!
