Rare sea turtle found tied up, dead on beach | StarNewsOnline.com

We have some really sick bastards living in this area. Last winter, pelicans with broken wings were washing up on the beaches:

Very sick individuals. Hope they catch them and tie them up and drag them behind a boat. of course they probably never will catch them unless the idiots brag.

Odds are they will brag about it and get caught. People who do this kinda stuff usually aren't too high on the IQ scale.

Reminds me a few years back when the feral horses on shackleford banks down around Beaufort were turning up dead.

You need to consider this dreadful act in context along with the recent ruling on netting. It becomes a little more clear when you look at the timing and the parties involved. Purely despicable act.

I wouldn't put it past some of the radical recreational anglers either. Quasi-Groups like the Coastal Fisheries Reform Group are so radical and despise and hate the commercial fishing families of North Carolina so much that there is nothing they wouldn't do.
So I wouldn't convict a commercial fisherman just yet. Let's wait for evidence and proof before you go hanging anybody.

If I was a betting man I'd put my money on a group of young guys with alcohol in their system on their daddy's boat.

Bill, you are a good guy, hell, make it a really good guy, but do you really, deep down inside believe that? I mean really?

A terrible thing nonetheless.

Wow, these 'radicals' have a website: Coastal Fisheries Reform Group. I s'pose they photoshopped those pictures of the sea turtle, the bird, and the dolphin caught in gill nets.

You remind me of Rush Limbaugh, who blames the Gulf oil spill on environmentalists.
