I agree, but it is still a better rivalry than at least 1/2 this poll.

I moved to Birmingham, and one of the first questions asked of me was, "Are you an Auburn or Alabama fan?" I mean, you really have to pick sides here. I used to think OSU/Michigan is intense, but not compared to this.
With Texas/OU, you have kids crossing state lines playin against friends and foes. Weather is a Texas kid playing in Sonner land or an Okie goin to UT. Yeah it baffeles the brain why a Texas kid would want to play in Crimson. LOL

It's actually a no brainer, they go to OU to win championships. Talk is cheap.

7-4*
6-3

*ut claims. Only won Coaches poll, lost Cotton Bowl to Notre Dame in 1970.

Like I said, no brainer.

According to your grammar and spelling, I'm guessing you are a ut grad?

October 2nd can't be here soon enough.

Yep, we totally dominate the Horns when it comes to tradition.

Excellent point in describing the *...technically, UT only has 3 AP titles....and 2 of those AP titles were led by Okie Coach Darrell Royal, LOL! (I love the fact that Longhorn stadium is named after an Okie, LOL....can you say owned! hahaha)

On the other hand, the Sooners have 7 AP titles! Not to mention our 47 win game streak (the most unbreakable record in sports today for sure), highest winning percentage in the modern era, only team with 4 coaches with 100 wins, over 40 conference championships....I could go on all day!

Hahaha...that's ridiculous they would be brazen enough to actually include an asterick for the 2008 Big 12 Championship because the Sooners went ahead of the Horns in the BCS fair&square.

plz....that okie came to Texas cause he knew where real football is played!!!

what BCS game did u play last season?? you didnt, but a sun bowl is nice for

jr. high. 2-7 in BCS play is just down right horrible! jus a weak .500 in bowl

games over the last ten yrs. got murdered by basically the same team we beat

in the rose bowl.with a 3-1 record in BCS games sounds alot better than 2-7. a

7-3 bowl record that beats ya again, more wins over all, higher overall winning

percentage!!! well the only stat that counts is 59-40 MORE RED RIVER WINS!!!
