Oh the irony... Interesting given the fact that Hernandez committed murder, Rainey dropped from the NFL for death threats to ex (the one he supposely raped in high school), and all those countless criminals in the Meyers era; you know the one they made an HBO special on.
Nothing harder than a Gator player barking at a bouncer.
Urban Meyer was the Bobby Bowden of discipline. He was a lot more successful on the field at least.
They would have to be undefeated with a win over Clemson in the ACC Championship and hope that Florida, FSU and Clemson do well enough on the year to bolster their schedule/quality victories
I don't see it happening - there are still a lot of holes left with this team .... but it's nice to see them playing better and winning some of the games they need to win
As nice as it is to beat FSU, at this point in rebuilding the program I'm probably more interested to see them consistently beat teams like UNC, UVA, Pitt and the mid-tier ACC schools that they need to separate themselves from
With Miami being ranked #13 right now and with the #4 recruiting ranked class for next year, Miami under Al Golden is here to stay if not "Back"!!!
You cannot deny the great job Al Golden has done recruiting still under NCAA Sanctions and with every other schools saying "Yeah but they still are under NCAA investigation and do you really wanna play if front of 30,000 fans?"
In the face of all that Al Golden has turned a great class every year he has been here and even turned down the Wisconsin job saying "Thanks but No thanks I'm fine where I am at!"
If you look at that you tube video at 8:13 you see Al Golden grab the whole team and tell them to go down to the student section and celebrate, that says a lot.
Holy Crap! what a game! a game where NC dominates and controls the whole game and should have won a lot easier they end up losing!!! I really cannot believe it!!!!
