Congrats to OU. The Tech D was gashed quite a bit, and it looks like the Sooners are headed for another really good season.
As for the Red Raiders, hopefully they learned from it and can finally break the streak against the Cowboys in the friendly confines of The Jones.
It was a very good game. Probably the best game in the Big XII so far this season. A tip of the hat Tech fought hard as it always does. Tip of the hat to Klingsbury, a gutsy young coach.

^^^Thanks B&C! I agree, it was certainly the best game I've seen so far this season. I had a feeling OU would play well in that game and they certainly did. I think OU is going to win most of the rest of their games. On the remaining schedule, Ok State is always a challenge and they're playing good too but I think Baylor will probaby be the hardest to beat for both OU and Tech...lol.
I admittedly don't know much about #18 Oklahoma State, except that it has the #1 rush D in the Big 12 and the #7 turnover margin in the nation. Their D is very keen on ints, especially Justin Gilbert.
So, the keys to the game for the Red Raiders read much like those for previous match-ups: keep the ball, avoid costly mistakes and penalties, and play Texas Tech football.
Should be good for the team to be back in Lubbock.
Kingsbury should get B12 Coach of the Year, IMO. Dude is a baller.
Thanks ScoPro, I agree! Kliff has certainly exceeded my expectations for his first year as a head coach. I'm truly amazed at what he's done so far with a team that has a lot of young players and an all new coaching staff.

I agree! Even though the game is in Lubbock, beating Ok State will not be easy. If Tech can play well on offense and minimize the turnovers, mistakes, and penalties, they'll have a good chance to win. Wreck 'Em Tech!
Tough loss, TTDave. Now I suppose you guys will be up for next weeks game against KSU. I am glad we (KSU) have salvaged a few wins this season.
Look forward to seeing next week's game.
Go Baylor! I hope Baylor beats OU.
