^^^Ha! I remember that fox running behind the players on the sidelines during one of the home games. I guess he got bored at The Jones and decided to check out the baseball stadium...lol.
That's interesting. Kliff said he was not aware of any "miscommunication" as Mayfield put it between Mayfield and the coaching staff and Kliff had nothing but nice things to say about Mayfield. I suppose Mayfield thought he would be the clear starter at another school where there isn't as much competition for the QB position. That of course is a total guess on my part...lol.
^^^That's good! I'm particularly happy that they picked up an offensive lineman. They need more depth on the O-line badly. As a result, I hope they can sign more good offensive linemen by next season.
Tech and Arizona State announced a home-and-home series today. The first game would take place in 2016 in Tempe and another would be held in 2017 in Lubbock.
^^^Yeah, I'm also glad to see that Kliff is addressing the non-conference SOS issue. IMO, it's foolish to have a non-conference schedule that only includes easily beatable teams. To me, this says that Kliff seriously wants to have teams that are going to be a contender for conference championships down the road.
I'm glad to hear that the team seems to be having fun in San Diego. I'll be watching the game on TV on Monday of course! Wreck 'Em Tech!
Nice win against a very good ASU team! Run game was improved, and the D played pretty well. Nice to get the W after the last 5 games.
More later.
