It truly is unfortunate that a team like Hawaii doesn't get to truly find out where they stand in the overall picture of things.

Even though Boise State beat Oklahoma last year, the same stupid argument is being sounded again for Hawaii this year.

There truly is a reason why teams like Hawaii and Boise State consistently have weak schedules. The way the current system is set up, any power conference team would be nuts to play either one of them.

Florida isn't too scared, they play Hawaii the first game of the 2008 season and it probably won't be close. UW, the worst team in the Pac 10, wasn't afraid to play Boise State this year. In fact, they beat Boise State with relative ease.

Even though Boises State beat Oklahoma, it's highly unlikely they could survive an SEC schedule w/out three or four losses. It's not winning one game that counts, it's the ability to consistently beat good teams throughout the season.
