There will be a Pac 10/Mountain West National Title game. Which would NOT happen with the BCS system. But let's look at the last round:

Two VERY close games, with teams fighting for a shot at the crystal ball, gave us an exciting second round. Stanford wins with a last second field goal, and TCU holds off Oregon in an amzing defensive stand. Both huge upsets....


Luck and the Cardinal. Dalton and the Horned Frogs... BCS CHAMPIONSHIP. THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!!

If they ran the BCS through the bowl games and held the national championship game (two weeks) after the other bowl games are finished, there would be a semi-playoff. This season under my plan would have the Rose and Sugar Bowls as semi-final games.

I voted for TCU in this fictional final. TCU is probably the most underrated team in the nation.
