This is awesome... even if you are a proponent of the BCS you will still enjoy this.

i thought it was funny.

it has one obvious problem. who do you blame for the fact that boise plays an easy schedule?

So, I guess the girl was spelling easy words?

yeah i think that's the part of the analogy that's missing. it would've been as if the little girl was choosing her own words, spelling "dog" and "cat," and the other children were choosing to spell 10-syllable words.

I thought it covered it when the teacher said the other kids were spelling harder words...

not at length; they certainly didn't go to the specifics that i just did. they were trying to be funny, so they glossed over that point.

I disagree with your assessment

It was understood and assumed so it was not necessary to go into specifics... If the other kids were voted to be better because they were spelling harder words then its obvious that Boise was spelling easier words.

There's no reason to go into any further detail at that point... it's obviously not a movie so you have to cover the topics high-level. I thought they covered it fine... if it were a movie then maybe I would be more critical of the "detail" but goodness it's a 5 minute parody... It was awesome!

Some people just like to overly critique errything...

Is it Boise State's fault that the top schools would PREFER to play such difficult teams as North Texas and Louisiana Lafayette?
