There is one in particular who should. While the Big 12 might try to fine me 10 G's for saying this (even though I don't work for an AD ), RC (I'll be nice and only use his initials) needs to go. When a ref calls that many bad games, he/she makes life more difficult for the officials who try to do their jobs to the best of their respective abilities. Plus, there are some really good to excellent referees in the Big 12.

That's all.

There are some real stinkers in the B12. I recall one entire crew several years ago that blew chunks and should've been fired.

I watched a recording of Sat. night's TTech/ISU game (don't ask me why). I don't think it would have made a difference in the W/L column, but if the reffing weren't so atrocious, then the game might have been more interesting. There was one third down play where the ISU DB had his arms completely wrapped around the Tech WR's before the ball got there (like what one sees in NBA garbage time when a player is screaming to get called for a foul), but no PI was called. There were numerous other misses and bad calls.

Like I said, there are some excellent officiating crews in the conference, but his is a glaring exception. The rule book is there for a reason.

We can only wish. There are a few ACC basketball refs that should have been let go years ago.
