As I have been posting next week Pueblo travels to Sam Houston State to play a D1 team. Well this week Sam Houston State played LSU and lost by 56-0. Hopefully this is a indication of how bad Sam Houston is and will allow Pueblo to win!

SHS played tough against the 12th ranked team in the country. T-Wolves will have their hands full. I'm hoping for a win. This isn't UNC.

I would agree the odds are against Pueblo and this game will not impact us one way or another when it comes to the playoffs. A win would be big for the program though and if the team plays their A+ game they have a chance.

I just saw that Sam Houston State University is ranked 15th in the division 1-FSC national poll. Yes Pueblo is ranked 2nd in D2 but this shows they have their work cut out for them this weekend.

A link to the national poll SHSU is in.

So this is what SHSU is saying about Pueblo.............

Sam Houston will have a chance to work out the kinks against a talented, but undersized Colorado State-Pueblo team this week.

I think its time the puppies go down and show them what its all about!

SHSU is favored to win by 18 points over Pueblo this weekend. So if/when Pueblo wins this weekend it will be the upset of the year. At least for D2 football.
