Thanks. CSU-P wins 13-0 I think.

CSU-P and Mankato are both 14-1 now. Difference being Pueblo won the last one.

Enjoy Joss. I know this is just D2 but this is a big deal.

CSU-P has been ballin' hard for the last several years and has emassed some local talent from Pueblo West, D-60 schools I'd imagine, and some folks up the Front Range and who knows where else.

These guys did what the last several teams should have done. I have this game recorded from Channel 209 and will watch the thing when I get a chance.

What an awesome defense they brought to KC.

Thanks. All joking aside, I was preparing myself for the concession speech due to some of my recent smack talk. It's been so long since one of my teams actually won something.

Congratulations.

When I see these point spreads on Division II and III, I roll my eyes. No one really has any idea of what the final four teams in the lower divisions can do because they play no common opponents all year long. I thought that CSU-P was a pretty good team when they beat SHSU, EVEN THOUGH SHSU had a terrible start this season. But note how they finished - a quarter finalist in FCS.

I had no opinion on who would win the game.

I thought that Mount Union would beat Wisconsin-Whitewater this year ... and that did not happen. After all, Mount Union was winning by large margins and UWW struggled to win at least five of its games this year.

It brings a lot of recognition to these schools, especially if they can sustain this kind of success. University of Northern Colorado did it moving to division 1 after a couple of titles, and also North Dakota State moved up after some division 2 titles. It will bring better athletes, and more students to the school. Central Florida was also a school in D-2 that had success, look at them. it just takes time and the right people in the right places.
