Their best wins are against mediocre SMU and UCLA teams.

...But they are undefeated, and Keenum just set a record for completions in the FBS....

Debate!

If LSU wins out, Alabama loses to Auburn, all of the major BCS conference champions have at least two losses, and Houston remains undefeated- yes.

Won't matter after Friday. Tulsa will beat them handily.

People have ripped on Boise State for years about the schedule they played, but yet Houston have had one of the top 10 worst schedules and you don't hear nearly as much fuss, their marquee win is against UCLA in which they only won by 4, other than that, they've played nobody with a pulse.

They play a team with a pulse on Friday.

They will be exposed!

If LSU loses to Arkansas or Georgia, I don't see how you can't at least give them a shot.

LSU vs. Houston in the Superdome. I like it.

Yes, Houston deserves a shot.

Sad to go against the local guys but No. They are in an average conference and haven't played many tough opponents. They should get a nice BCS check though.

No. I do feel they deserve a Jan 1 BCS bowl against an AQ opponent if they go undefeated.
