Texas is 0-1 vs the SEC in the BCS era.

Yes the Ole. Miss team that went 9-4, and blasted #8 Texas Tech in the Cotton Bowl 47- 34!

Read up on who Alabama ended up losing to that year in their bowl game...

Spoiler
UTAH 31-17

Just admit it guys, the SEC is given more favorable treatment in the media than other conferences. It is downright stupid, but that's media bias for you.
Yeap, and after that loss, THAT'S WHEN THE MONSTA CAME OUT!

If all things were equal, that year it should have been Texas vs. OU in the National Championship...

Where were you then? Oh wait-- it wouldn't have suit SEC fans to have Texas vs. OU in the NC game...
So if Ole Miss was crappy, what do that make Texas Tech, that year cause they were ranked high at one point at 1 or 2, and Ole Miss went 9-4 and blasted #8 Texas Tech in the Cotton Bowl, the score was 47-34!

Yes Ole Miss, looked like Land Sharks for real, they were punishing Graham Harrell, all you could see was grass and dirt, in the air! That score was 47-34!

True, my mistake.

But that still doesn't equate to any kind of superiority over the SEC, especially when you 0-1 vs the SEC in the BCS title game.
