BCS title game is one thing, but how the freak does Virginia Tech get into a BCS Bowl????

Wet Virginia???

Clemson? Maybe.

But how are these ACC/Big East schools getting recognition? There are so many other teams out there that are more deserving. Boise State for one.

BCS = corrupt.

Boise St is a midmajor with a loss; thus being screwed.
SEC already has two schools i.e. Arkansas, South Carolina out.
Kansas St fans won't travel; thus they are out.
VT, next in line, fans will travel; thus they are in.

The only thing corrupt is that Boise St didn't get in. Instead, they get paired against Arizona St

Virginia Tech gets blown out in their last game and get in...that may be a bigger fraud than Alabama getting in the NCG. TCU should have gotten in.

They didnt get into the top 16 of the BCS... its their own fault

I do think Boise got hosed though... but Bowl games are about tv ratings & travel not football. and Boise doesnt do either of those things well. They are just good at football. lol...

That's, without question, the biggest ripoff in this year's BCS. There's absolutely no way VT should get in. I'm not even sure about Clemson, but at least they win big games that count.

I thought OK State deserved a shot at the title. The BCS is a complete joke. I don't care if it'll be a good game, LSU already beat Alabama, why not give another one loss team a chance to prove themselves?

If Alabama wins, then LSU and 'Bama will be a tie for the championship, won't they? And wasn't the BCS kind of created in part to take away from ties for the title?

I dont think there will be a tie--I think they will just give it to Alabama, and well, that sucks too.
