Well looky here. LSU is looking to finish strong in the Outback Bowl and will be the 4th of six SEC West wins with two more to go.

Dominance.

Really looking at that game and some others playing non ranked teams its more of a show and response to low tickets sales with bowl games IMO. I mean ranked team needed to play ranked teams to progress which LSU isn't likely to this time based on that win. Ranked teams that lose are likely to drop and unranked team that win are likely to climb while rank who beating unrank going no where.

Well Alabama blew that run. The Sooners man-handled them.

I would say it was Alabama's worst game in years, but honestly, I think it was Oklahoma's best game in years. In fact, it has probably been OU's best three or four game stretch in years. I was thinking the Stoops' magic was over, but not yet. I'm sure OU will be ranked pre-season top five next year.

It's not Stoops' magic. It's called Sooner Magic. It's been around since football was created.

They supposed to be SEC?

Remind me again how the Sooners don't play D.

The game is not that hard to dissect. The Sooner D was opportunistic and caused several turnovers, which Oklahoma capitalized on to the tune of 28 points in response.

McCarron's play was iffy, while Knight's was excellent. That was the difference in the game.

Admittedly, I was pleasantly surprised how well OU's D-Line stood up against the traditionally stout Bama run game. That forced Bama to throw the ball more than it wanted to and resulted in more turnovers.

A great game against the two most tradition-laden programs in college football.

BOOMER! Bringing another trophy back to The SOONER State!

Careful now, you'll get those SEC'ers riled up. (It's not that hard to do.)
