Dawgs are tearing up the Frogs. Don't think TCU can dig out of this hole. 38-7 at the half.

The Bulldogs destroyed TCU 65-7. It was interesting for 20 minutes, at 10-7, but then UGA took it over on both sides of the ball.

UGA was a very well-balanced team this year...defense wasn't as good as last year, they were too easy to throw deep on, but they were good against the run. The offense was much better.

How did TCU make it this far? They were badly overmatched. How did they beat Michigan? I heard the officiating was bad in that game.

The UGA v. OSU game was the real national champoinship game, as it turned out.

The SEC should be stronger next year....deeper.

Looks like the Dominance of the SEC West is now dominance of the SEC East.

You know, I remember that game, commented on it too.

My comment was how Michigan blew the game because their players made some stupid personal fouls which either kept TCU out on the field when they should have been shut down or even lead to scores that might not have been.

OSU blew it for sure with a missed field goal.

What's the deal with this Georgia QB? How can you have a 25 year old QB and will he make it to the pros?

Naw I don't think so. Georgia sure has their little dynasty going now, but one team does not a conference make. Wait until next year; bama, LSU, Auburn, MIss St, Ole Miss, Arkansas, then lowly A&M... and whatever other goofy Big 12 team they decide to stick there.

“Goofy” Texas gave Bama all they could handle on the field this past season. We know The Longhorns lost on the scoreboard 19-20, but that was due to incompetent/corrupt/biased/blind (take your pick) refs disallowing the obvious safety, and instead conjuring up a phantom targeting call that cost UT the game (and affected the Horns defense the next week in Lubbock vs. Tech). But - coulda, woulda, shoulda….etc.

Yeah, the SEC fans online are very dismissive of Texas like UGA was prior to the Sugar Bowl several years ago, but should not underestimate what is coming in a couple of years. The football situation in Austin has been undergoing a radical change under Sark. It may take several more years before they compete for any conference championships, but always remember: Texas is not A&M, not by a long shot.

You are right. Ewers was also knocked out of the game. Who knows if Bama still would have won had he played the entire contest?

Texas would beat the he11 out of A&M if they played.

Yeah, Ewers started out pretty hot in that 1st quarter before he was out of the game, but he was pretty inconsistent in some games after he was cleared to play later in the season.

Will be interesting to see what happens. I saw that for at least 2024, there won't be East and West divisions.

Yes, 2024 will be a “one-off” schedule for the new SEC alignment.
