I'm very pumped for Signing Day. Oregon is bringing in...wait for it...wide receivers! The heavens are shining down and hell has frozen over. Soon, the Ducks may not be known solely for their running game. And, we just may steal a kid from one of those programs who lock up their players early.
Thomas Johnson (#4-8 wr in nation), a UT decommit, is tripping to Eugene and rumors are a whirl that we'll be able to lock him up. We have a nice little pipeline beginning in Texas. Someone has to win with Texas players.
Oregon is pulling in another top 10 class. Wow, lil' ol' Oregon starting to bring in top talent. Must be that gimmick offense and snazzy uniforms.
Wisconsin has a lot of work to do----they have almost their entire assistant coaching staff----mostly going to Pittsburgh with former Wisconsin OC Paul Chryst.
Brett Bielema has a lot of work to do to revamp the staff. A lot of UW fans have questioned Bielema and his decision making.
I think he has done a solid job----fans are moaning they lost two Rose Bowl games in a row----people have short memories and bloated expectations.
Lets get the staff sorted out and back on the trail----with Russell Wilson gone and the expected replacement Jon Budamyr having elbow nerve problems the qb situation in causing some concern. There is work to be done.

Really surprised to hear Andy Ludwig going to Wiscy. Man, that guy blew at Oregon. He was our OC before Gary Crowton (another one who was terrible). Haven't heard the reasons, but he was pretty vanilla and predictable. He had an infuriating habit of running up the gut over and over and over and then throw a weak screen when it was 3rd and forever.

Now, if we can get a few more DTs.
Probably has more to do with killer facilities and it being "cool" to be a Duck.
As for Nebraska we already have a pretty talented class. We finally are recruiting quarterbacks instead of athletes that can't really throw all that well. Tommy Armstrong, big time dual threat out of Texas that put up really good numbers in Texas' best level of football. Rushing 152 attempts 1,281yds 16 TDs/ Passing 181 attempts 106 completions 58.6% 1,945 yards 29 Tds. 2 Ints.
Also in really good standing with Devin Fuller widely considered one of the best ATHs in the country.
Andrus Peat is all, but N at this point by the sound of it. 5* OT.
We probably wont hit a top 10 since Nebraska only has room for 18-19 players this season, but it will probably be Bo's most talented class yet.
If this new class pans out, coupled with the young talent they already have (Green, Abdullah, and Enunwa), the program may be able to take the next step. Martinez needs a lot of improvement, because he hasn't done much since early in the 2010 season. They need to refocus on defense, because this season was terrible (not 08 terrible, but still).
Or the proliferation of street agents. They will go down eventually. Truth.
There have been plenty of rumors supporting this.
It seems live every successful program gets taken down now a days though.
