I can clearly remember the OU days with Steve Davis running the offense. I also seem to remember his being involved in sportscasting.

My sympathy to his family and to all Sooner fans.

We still consider A&M a Big XII team fronting as an SEC team. I think Sumlin must have showed his players the recording of the 77-0 drubbin' that the Sooners put on 'em a few years back. It will take some years not playing them for it to feel like A&M is not one of us. (Although we made them feel that they weren't one of us in the Big XII by all our Aggie jokes.)

Maybe you'd be feeling a bit better if LSU had pulled out the W?

In reality, I concede there's no arguing about the SEC's recent dominance. The teams/programs that could actually get the athletes necessary to beat a Bama/LSU etc. such as the Sooners, USC, Texas, Nebraska, Oregon, and Ohio State (who else?) all look way below the SEC's top tier teams. I don't see it changing any time soon.

Congrats to the SEC homers, you perpetual Bandwagon Fans, you.
Bandwagon fans, my @ss. LSU grad, brah. Bleedin' purple/gold. We dominated A&M in College Station. Lemme know when a Big12 does that, lol! Yeah, so we gave Clemson a gift. We gave Penn St., Iowa St. and Texas a gift too. Came back and b-slapped the rest of the nation the next year. No doubt we'll do it again.

I don't know about 2013. Might be a down year for us this year with all our departures, but after the recruiting class we got this past season...hollleeeee sh*t. It's on. Let's just say I'm very optimistic about 2014 and beyond.

p.s. If OU ever plays LSU, you know the Tigers would knock their teeth out. lol!

2 - Scoreboard, Texas 35- LSU 20.

Say!

Props to Bob Stoops for going down to Moore without any fanfare by himself to help clean up.

A bunch of Sooner athletes too.
