OK, you probably came to this page to find out the all-time, SEC vs Big 12 football record. Here it is (The SEC went 3-0 vs the Big Ten in 2011 – 2012.):

Over the past 15 years ('98 -'11) the SEC holds a 33-18-0 (.647) advantage.
Against the Big 12's predecessor (the Big Eight) the SEC had a 43-43-6 (.500) record.

I think OU's all-time vs. the SEC is something like 10-6 with a couple of ties. Not too shabby. I still like to hold that 35-0 whoopin' on LSU over my LSU friends' heads when they get a tad lippy. Puts 'em in there place a bit.

UT has a (34 - 17) record against the SEC. That is the games we have played against SEC opponents while they were in the SEC. So that is games only after 1932 and in the cases of Georgia Tech and Tulane prior to their leaving, and in the cases of South Carolina and piggy it is only the games UT played them after they joined the SEC.
UT has a (59 - 27) record against the founding SEC schools including the games prior to 1932 when it was formed. So that is not including games against piggy, and USC prior to joining the SEC, but does include piggy and USC after joining SEC. Also does not include the recent B12 additions of course.
UT has a (113 - 47) record against SEC Schools not including recent B12 additions. So that includes USC and includes our record against piggy when piggy was SWC.
UT has a (188 - 89) record against current SEC Schools. So that is including the recent B12 additions and obviously not Tulane or GT. Including Tulane and GT games as SEC members and prior to formation of SEC Texas is (206 - 90) all time against SEC.
The interesting thing is that anyway you cut it (34-17, 59-27, 113-47, 188-89, or 209-90), Texas has a 69% to 70% winning percentage. So no matter if it is just the games since 1932 or if it is all SEC schools all time Texas seems to maintain the same consistent ~69% (pun unintended) winning percentage.

Excellent reminder, but please allow me to expand.....
7-1-1 against Bama (Bryant never beat Texas), and the Tide's sole win was in the 2011 BCS title game where QB McCoy went out very early.
9-7-1 against LSU.
Strangely enough, the only SEC team to have a winning record against Texas is Vandy 8-3-1. (last played them in 1928).
I like both conferences, though I'm an SEC guy. Best 2 football conferences period. I really like the Champs Bowl idea. So many possible combinations for great match-ups. I'll defend SEC as the best, but I have no issue with the Big12.
