Arian Foster came clean about getting paid while at Tennessee. I guess his hope was to help change the NCAA bylaws. Instead, his alma mater should be getting a long stay in probation with some wins vacated.

They're already on probation. Statute of limitations has expired for Arian Foster which I'm sure is why he waited until now to say something. Pretty stupid IMO.

Statute of limitations isn't fully solid. If they want, there are other bylaws that go around that clause. They will use this soon for the Shapiro scandel in Miami and now Oklahoma State's allegation. Tennessee has current players with money trails (Luther Davis SEC) so it wouldn't be surprised if they attack the Tennessee program, esp since they are currently on probation and now that Arian Foster has made his claim.
