Kiffin is a bad head coach. Sarkisian is a bad head coach. Ed Orgeron is a bad head coach. Pete Carroll is a good head coach. His disciples, not so much. I'm all for Bama promoting Kiffin- they will fall from grace if that happens.

And, in hindsight...

Lane Kiffin missed the bus after the game and was left at the stadium.

No joke

It happens. Sometimes bus drivers are in an all-fired hurry.

Kiffen being left behind is a far bigger story than it should be. He caught a ride with Saban WHO ALSO MISSED THE BUS. Because he always usually does, so no story there. Leave it to some lame media types to jump on a non story in an attempt to find something to roll their eyes about on this Alabama juggernaut that they wish would stop or go away. Kiffen didn't get left behind to take an Uber or ride with some students, he rode with The Head Football Coach Nick Saban.

He didn't miss the plane though. They just landed here a little while ago.

I really like Kiffen at Bama, and I hope he stays as long as Saban does. He seems to really be a great offensive coordinator.

Gonna bump this up!

Given that he's now earned his bones at Bama, (good bones, at that!) one does hope he does get a HC job! Too bad the Houston joint didn't work out! No problem with UH going with Applewhite and with continuity, but like I said, too bad for Kiffin on that end!

Why should Kiffin leave a good thing, and especially something that finally works for him? The college ranks are scattered with the "bones" of recent OCs and HCs who never made it.

Leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
