Baylor has much the same problem as Oregon and A&M. Speed and can score. but they lack the speed with size and debt like Alabama ;especially on defense. This balance is what shows as game wears on against Alabama and why they have won so many championships. Loved RGIII but you knew time after time he had to out score the opponent in high scoring games too much.Defenses win chmaionships as always.

Baylor has as good a chance as anybody in the top 5. And their D has improved quite a bit this year over last.

But the Bear fans know there's a good chance Briles will be on Texas' short list to replace Brown whenever he steps down. (hopefully at the end of this season)

no.. nice game though..
They are gonna need a lot more help.. Oregon is out of the way.. they need FSU, OSU, Bama and probably Stanford to lose..

Otherwise the only Championship they are gonna win is the Big XII...
Exactly. Baylor has a very little chance of making the National Championship, let alone winning it. Baylor still has some tough games on the schedule with teams like Texas Tech and Oklahoma State. I'm not even sure if Baylor will even go undefeated in the regular season. It's funny to see Baylor fans already proclaiming themselves as the National Champions. Quite hilarious to say the least.

I think Oklahoma State has a really good shot too. That game will be in Stillwater and the Poke fans will be raisin' some Pistol Pete hell!

For sure. State could run the table. Baylor as Big12 champs is far from certain. Remember remember the month of November.

They certainly are the only other B12 team that could.

Texas lately has a bad habit of choking in November.

That is a very good bet, and they probably will.

I haven't seen one Baylor fan proclaiming themselves as NC.
