Baylor's had great success with Art Briles and RG3 orchestrating the tournament, and luckily for them everything broke right.

Art Briles came over to Baylor from Houston, and than Kevin Sumlin followed Briles at Houston before moving onto A&M. When Briles was at Houston, he recruited RG3 to play for him and the Cougars and I believe RG3 actually had a scholarship lined up with them. When Briles went across state to Waco, RG3 followed him to Baylor. Had Briles stayed at Houston, he would've had an equally great QB...Case Keenum meaning Keenum & RG3 would've been competing for the same starting. Maybe Keenum doesn't get hurt in 2010 so he graduates and RG3 steps into the role in 2011 anyways, but that's 2 Heisman winners (RG3 at Baylor with Briles and Manziel & Texas A&M with Sumlin) and 2 programs (Baylor and A&M) that have completely turned around because of 1 coach moving. Is Baylor as successful now had Briles stayed at Houston?? How about Texas A&M?? I doubt RG3 wins the Heisman at Houston, but are both him & Keenum starting NFL games this week had it not happened?? A&M's had some decent years with R.C. Slocumb, but they were never this good as far as I remember.

Yet A&M is a 3rd or 4th place team in the SEC.
